Malee Ketelsen, Esq.

Short Biography

Attorney Malee M. Ketelsen is a family and business immigration attorney located in St. Paul Minnesota.  Malee has owned and operated Ketelsen Law Office since 2005.

Malee holds an undergraduate degree in Spanish from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctorate from Drake University. While at the University of Iowa Malee, studied in Spain, participated in Varsity Rowing, was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority and volunteered with the Elderly.

 

Since graduating from Drake, Malee has devoted her entire career to serving people.

Immigrants are a strong focus area of her current law practice. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association(AILA), The National Immigration Project and The Minnesota State Bar Association.

 

She has given numerous presentations on the topic of Immigration to her peers, and is a regular spokesperson for international students studying in the United States. Currently she is Immigrations & Customs Enforcement (ICE) liason for the Minnesota - Dakotas AILA Chapter.

 

Malee is currently a volunteer at Chrysalis Women's Center where she participates as a volunteer attorney in their legal clinic. In the past Malee has served as Volunteered for AILA Citizenship Day, provided Legal Counsel for the St Paul Jaycees, and was a past boardmember for H.O.L.A Helping Our Latin Americans.
